Gloyd "Bud" Zeller, background and experience: Real estate became of great interest to me when working toward my masters degree. My career in real estate then started, obtaining a sales license and teaching real estate principles, practice and finance classes. In the late 1970's my classification became Professor for the Los Rios College District. I have taught real estate classes for all 4 colleges in the district. My son Douglas and I are active real estate brokers and co owners of Realty World - Sierra Properties.
