Doug Zeller was an outstanding agent for my first time home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the process, was honest, and was always available to help with any issue we had. One of the cool things about using Doug was when I met the seller he told me that one reason he chose our offer was because his agent had said, "I looked this broker [Doug] up and his license is older than mine, so it should be a smooth transaction." Another helpful aspect of Doug is his wealth of knowledge on the area when it comes to finding trustworthy local contractors to make inspections and repairs. He went above and beyond for me in getting me settled in my new home.

We recently sold our home, and we are 100% sure we could have never done it without someone of Doug Zeller's caliber. Had we chosen to use someone without his valuable experience in real estate, we would have never sold, or - if we had - we would have lost a lot of money, sleep, and our marriage would have most likely suffered from the stress. That's because shortly after we accepted an offer, a pipe burst, which in turn revealed the presence of mold, which resulted in mold remediation and a complete remodel of the affected area. This not only affected the close of escrow, but a lot of lives, including ours and those of our buyers. I can't even imagine how we would have made it without the help we got from Doug and his team! Even though we knew this was a tough situation, Doug did all the hard work, while constantly putting our minds at ease, building us up, and encouraging us to help when we could see no hope ahead. He made us feel as if we were their only customer, even though we knew for a fact that was not the case. Doug and his team did not rest until we closed escrow, and not just us, but also our buyers and their agents were all happy. Doug and his team coordinated everything on our behalf, with the various contractors, the escrow company, our buyers' agents, and so on. At some point, this unexpected roadblock - and the tremendous work involved - extended into Doug's vacation, which he and his wife had planned a long time ahead! However, we felt as if they were never gone! Even during their well deserved time off, they continued to push things along for us, which in the end helped us all meet the extended escrow deadline. We can't express in words how grateful we are! Oh, how we wish we'd have more homes to sell or to buy, haha - to employ Doug and his team again and again and again! But, since that's not the case, all we can do is let everyone else know how wonderful Realty World - Sierra Properties are, and encourage you to give them a call for your real estate selling or buying needs. Their professionalism, in depth knowledge of all the real estate process (with its millions of intricacies!) and passion to put their customer first - are things very difficult to find in today's fast paced business world, in which most other service providers just want to make some quick and easy money without caring for the people they work with and for. Honestly I have always grouped realtors with lawyers used car salesmen and catfish, bottom dwelling scum suckers. Doug has changed that, absolutely and without question. Doug was upfront, honest and more helpful than I every expected a realtor to be. He always returned calls, very proactive in his quest to sell my home of 20 plus years, on point in every aspect, specially with honest upfront communication. Doug and his team hit the door running and never stopped, through the power shutdowns, rain, my traveling for work, it just never stopped. His knowledge of the market, surrounding areas, his skill in what, when and how to prep my home showed in everything he did. I could not picked a worse time to sell my home, yet due to personal reasons it was a must. Doug and his team made it happen. Doug made me feel like I actually mattered not just another sell or dollar sign, It really did matter to him, and it showed. We met Doug Zeller over the top list of realtors on the internet and after two interviews chose him as our realtor and in the end were completely happy with his performance and needless to say his wife Nicole who entered as a great support 3D brochures and much more support in the entire process. Doug did a great job for us. Our house was especially difficult due to we are out-of-state owners (inherited the property) and the house had to go to probate. Doug recommended an attorney and help walk us through that process. Highly recommend Doug's services.
